All Policies are subject to change at anytime without notice.

When will my order ship?

All items in orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.

Pre-order or Reduction Cancelations

Cancellation and/or Reduction of quantities of all pre-orders and the products along with pre-ordered items will incur a 10% processing fee calculated based on total order value.

Any release date delays, logistics, product allocations, distribution factors and/or logistics are out of our control and will not serve as reason or excuse.

No exceptions will or can be made during such encounters. 

Can you send items that are in stock earlier than the Pre-Order release date?

Should you wish to split your order into multiple shipments, it will require the purchase of an additional shipping label based on your area prices will vary.

Order Adjustments & Quantities

We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products you have ordered. Decisions as such will be made carefully by one of our team members and you will be notified of any changes.

This can happen and is not limited to "Buyouts" and other situations involving the sale of high demand products. If an order is determined to be for resale purposes it could be subject to a potential adjustment.

Pre-orders can be subject to allocation and if amounts become more limited we will fulfill orders in order they are received with the quantities that you have been allocated.
